Feds hit Southwest border states hardest with drug cases
Attorney General Eric Holder has announced revisions in how criminal charges that carry mandatory minimum sentences will be applied to non-violent drug offenders. Southern border states could see the biggest impact from such revisions, as federal judicial districts in those states lead the way in drug-related prosecutions.
