An early trick-or-treater was arrested Wednesday after police say he stuffed 52 packages of snack-size candy bars in his pants and fled a Rock Hill store.
Employees spotted the 41-year-old man from Fort Mill as he was leaving the Dollar General store on East Main Street, according to a report from the Rock Hill Police Department.
One worker said she saw a bulge in his wind suit pants, which he wore over blue jeans. A pack of the candy bars fell from his pants leg as he opened the door, the report says.
