The supervisor of the sex offender treatment program at Luther Luckett Correctional Complex in LaGrange will appear in court at the end of this month on charges of indecent exposure.
Charles Lickteig II, 48, of Louisville, was arrested Oct. 14 after a woman reported Lickteig exposed his genitals while he was stopped at a traffic light next to the woman's vehicle in Louisville.
The woman said Lickteig saw her looking at him and continued to masturbate. The woman got Lickteig's license plate number and later called police, according to court records.
Lickteig has pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure in the second degree. A judge continued a hearing in the case scheduled for Wednesday until Nov. 30th.
Lickteig has been placed on paid administrative leave since the arrest, according to officials with the Kentucky Department of Corrections.
