BELLEVILLE -- At first, when she found her grandpa on the kitchen floor on Sunday morning, Taylor Kelly thought he was just fooling around, like grandpas are known to do.
"But he wasn't breathing and he wasn't moving," the 8-year-old said.
Grandpa, otherwise known as Vaharam Norsigian, of 44 Gatewood Court in Belleville, managed to mutter "Nine-one-one." So Taylor dialed the number, getting police and paramedics there in a few minutes so they could dislodge the piece of doughnut that was stuck in Norsigian's throat, obstructing his breathing.
