The Idaho Department of Fish and Game immediately stopped selling wolf tags after Thursday's decision by U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy of Missoula, Mont.
Idaho Fish and Game Deputy Director Jim Unsworth expressed the emotions of many hunters in the state:"We're frustrated; we're angry; we're disappointed," he said. "We've played by the rules, but his decision allows procedural technicalities to overcome sound science and common sense."
