1-Baghdad The sours the M.O.I Operation room.
∑ 12:15pm (5) civilians wounded when a parked car bomb exploded in al-Bayaa neighborhood southwest of Baghdad. The car was parked in the corner of the intersection between the industrial workshops in al Bayaa and the car bazaar.
∑ 1:30pm (4) civilianís wounded and (1) soldier injured after a parked car bomb exploded in al-Yarmuk neighborhood west of Baghdad.
The car was parked on the mean road of al Yarmuk between the petrol station and the Yarmuk intersection ( the four streets) the car exploded on Iraqi army convoy and cased wounds four the (4)civilians and the soldier.
2-Salah al-Din
∑ (5) Gunmen killed last night at 10:00pm by American helicopters.
According to the Iraqi police in Bayji last night (5) gunmen killed after clashes with the American army and the American helicopters near the Death Bridge in Bayji.
∑ Arresting a university professor and his brother by the American forces in Tikrit. According to the Iraqi police in Tikrit province the American forces supported by helicopters surrounded the house professor 15Km east of Tikrit yesterday at 2:00am in the morning and arrested the professor Ahmed Saleh Mohammed and his brother Torki Saleh Mohammed and he is a Brigadier general in the new Iraqi Army.
The American army didnít give the reason for the arrest and the brothers of the professor asked the Representative of the American reconstruction Office in Salah Al-Din about there brother and give them a protest not.
The professor had a Master degree and work after the fall of the regime in the office of the American coordinator in Salah Al-Din and after that he became the official spokesman of the province.
