Baghdad
- Around 10.30 a.m., mortars lobbed on the green zone(IZ) in Baghdad . No casualties reported.
- Two roadsides bombs were exploded under control, one on the high way near Shaab stadium having some damage to the nearby bridge while the second one was near the main street of the deserted headquarter of the UN. No casualties recorded on both incidents.
- Police found 10 unidentified dead bodies in the following neighborhoods in Baghdad: ( 6) were found in west Baghdad(Karkh bank) ; 2 in Shoala , 2 in Mahmoudiyah , 2 in Amil and 1 in Bayaa. While( 3 ) were found in east Baghdad ( Risafa bank) ; 2 in Sadr city and 1 in Ur.
Kirkuk
- Around 7.50 p.m of Saturday , gunman opened fire on a police check point of Adala police station in Kirkuk city injuring one policeman ..
