Baghdad
A magnetic bomb targeted the pick-up truck carrying the imam of a mosque in Mikanik neighbourhood, Doura, southern Baghdad at 10.30 a.m. Monday. The explosion killed the imam and another civilian with him in the car and injured one more.
A magnetic bomb stuck to a parked civilian car detonated near Abu Afif Sweets shop in Karrada out, central Baghdad at 7.30 p.m. Tuesday injuring three civilians.
A magnetic bomb stuck to a civilian car detonated near Antar Square, Adhamiyah, northern Baghdad injuring two civilians.
A roadside bomb targeted a store that sells alcoholic beverages in Shaab neighbourhood, northern Baghdad injuring two people.
Thi Qar
A roadside bomb targeted a U.S. military convoy at the checkpoint of the northern entrance of the city of Nasriyah at 8.30 a.m. Monday. The explosion injured four Iraqi policemen who were in a patrol escorting the convoy. No casualties were reported by the U.S. military.
Anbar
A magnetic bomb targeted the car of the imam of Saqlawiyah mosque in Saqlawiyah, 10 km to the northwest of Fallujah, Monday morning, killing the imam and injuring three of his close relatives.
