A magnetic bomb that was stuck to a civilian car detonated in Waziriyah neighbourhood, north Baghdad, at noon, Monday, injuring the driver.
A Roadside bomb targeted civilians in Zafaraniyah neighbourhood, southeast Baghdad at 6 p.m. Monday, without causing any casualties.
A magnetic bomb that was stuck to a civilian car detonated near Muhsin al Kathimi Square in Kathimiyah neighbourhood, northwest Baghdad, at 9 p.m. Monday, destroying the car without causing any casualties.
Salahuddin
Armed men opened fire at a civilian just leaving the mosque after prayers in Tuz district, to the northeast of Tikrit, severely injuring him.
Armed men planted several home made bombs around the home of Talib Muhammed, the District Commissioner of Sulaiman Bek district,in Tuz, to the northeast of Tikrit, Sunday, destroying the house, but causing no casualties because the family was away.
Basra
A roadside bomb targeted a U.S. military convoy in Shalamjah district, on the border strip between Iraq and Iran, Monday. No casualties were reported.
