Baghdad
A magnetic bomb that was stuck to a civilian car detonated in Zafaraniyah neighbourhood, southeast Baghdad, late Thursday, injuring five civilians, three who were inside the car and two passers by.
Diyala
A car bomb parked in Tappu Street, central Baquba, were a large number of medical practices are located, detonated, at 3 p.m. Friday, targeting mostly civilians on their way to see a doctor. Preliminary reports say one man was killed and eight civilians, including three women, were badly injured.
Nineveh
Three young siblings were seriously injured while playing with an attractive-looking object placed outside their doorstep that exploded, Friday, in central Mosul.
A young boy was shot dead by armed men in Mishraq neighbourhood, east Mosul, Wednesday.
An armed group all dressed in black driving a speeding car opened fire at an army checkpoint in al Arabi neighbourhood, north Mosul, Wednesday, seriously injuring two servicemen.
A parked car bomb targeted an army patrol in Hammam al Aleel neighbourhood, south Mosul, Wednesday injuring three servicemen.
A roadside bomb targeted a police patrol in Corniche neighbourhood, central Mosul, Tuesday, injuring three policemen.
A roadside bomb targeted an army patrol in Aden neighbourhood, east Mosul, Tuesday, injuring four army servicemen.
A magnetic bomb that was stuck to the private car of Lieut. Col. Khalid Auda, Chief of al Salam police station, detonated in Qayara neighbourhood, Monday, seriously injuring his private driver.
