Abu Faraj al-Libi, now being held at Guantanamo, told U.S. interrogators the name of a person who U.S. officials called Osama bin Laden's most trusted courier, according to a secret intelligence assessment. Al Libi was the No. 3 commander of al Qaida when he was captured by Pakistani troops on May 2, 2005. He was in CIA custody until September, 2006, when he was delivered to Guantanamo.
