Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani unveiled his plan to stem the tide of illegal immigration Tuesday as he made four stops across South Carolina, including a question-and-answer session in Columbia. Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City, told the crowd of roughly 70 that securing the U.S. border is necessary before changing the requirements for becoming a citizen.
