FOR WORTH — Days after thousands of Texans participated in Democratic caucuses around the state, the overall disorganization of the events is getting closer attention as disgruntled voters compared horror stories.
While many caucuses ran smoothly and were over fairly quickly, hundreds of North Texans showed up at their precinct caucuses but, for varying reasons, left without participating. Many who stayed are uncertain whether their presidential preference was counted.
The disabled, elderly, and people with young children were often the first to leave without getting a chance to participate.
