HILLSBOROUGH -- Andrew Young's lawyers have filed a motion to compel testimony from John Edwards as Young tries to hold on to a sex tape involving the former presidential candidate and his mistress Rielle Hunter.
The contents of motion itself are under a blanket seal ordered by Superior Court Judge Carl Fox last October. It has not yet been scheduled for a hearing.
Hunter's case against Young to try and recover the tape is set for trial on Oct. 10, postponed from a previous date of Feb. 28.
