"President and Mrs. George W. Bush have gratefully accepted the President and Mrs. Obama’s invitation to accompany them to South Africa on Air Force One and attend President Nelson Mandela’s memorial services next week," said Bush spokesman Freddy Ford by e-mail to McClatchy.
The former South African president died yesterday at 95 years of age. His funeral has been scheduled for Dec. 15th.
