House Speaker John Boehner seems to have had enough of conservative groups blasting bipartisan agreements.
Boehner, R-Ohio, who has been criticized as reluctant to challenge tea party Republicans, was asked about conservative groups that were relentlessly blasting the budget deal even before it was announced Tuesday.
“They're using our members, and they're using the American people for their own goals. This is ridiculous. Listen, if you're for more deficit reduction, you're for this agreement,” Boehner said at a Wednesday news conference.
