A majority of Americans disapproves of Obamacare.
A new Gallup poll released Tuesday found 51 percent disapproved, while 41 percent approved.
"Even if the Affordable Care Act fulfills its purpose of improving the overall health of the nation by expanding individuals' access to insurance, public opinion of the law itself remains sickly," according to a Gallup analysis.
Disapproval is down slightly since its peak last year, during the botched rollout of the web site.
But, Gallup found, "a majority still disapprove of the law, and few believe it will make their current or future healthcare situation better."
Thirty-seven percent said it would make their health care situation worse, while 24 percent said the law would make things better. Thirty-four percent said it would make no difference.
