Congress is taking a snow day.
The Senate and House of Representatives had planned to meet Monday and vote, but because of the winter storm clobbering the nation's capital, they'll wait until Tuesday.
That means a busy Tuesday--President Barack Obama is to unveil his fiscal 2015 budget. Wednesday, House and Senate committees plan hearings to quiz administration officials about the plan.
Among the postponed House votes is a measure expressing support for the people of Venezuela as they pursue democratic goals.
