President Obama left Washington for Florida today for what the White House pool report notes is a "14.5-hour day of fundraising and Buffett-Rule salesmanship."
Obama is scheduled to push for passage of the Buffett Rule -- and raise money for his campaign at three fundraisers. The first at a Palm Beach Gardens home.
He'll then deliver a speech about imposing a minimum tax on the richest Americans at Florida Atlantic University in Florida's ritzy Palm Beach County. He'll also hold fundraisers in nearby Hollywood and a $15,000 per person dinner at the Miami home of Jeremy Alters.
