Ashley McIntosh, a college student who works two jobs, tends to business at Bonaventure Shoes in Olympia on Saturday. McIntosh is seeking health insurance for 2014, and has applied for Medicaid coverage through the state’s health exchange. Monday is the deadline to apply on the exchange for coverage in January.
